About Our Eco Rooms
Eco Rooms is one of the largest independent garden room manufactures in the UK. Based in the Cotswolds we operate all over the UK installing the highest quality, sustainable and eco friendly eco rooms all manufactured in our purpose built 10,000 square ft. facility. Our Garden Rooms are multipurpose, durable dwellings with no need for planning permission in most circumstances.
Eco Rooms provide the whole service from manufacture, delivery and installation which enables us to control quality throughout the whole process. We use our own specialist team to install every aspect of the build including fully certified in house electricians.

PLANNING PERMISSION
Our buildings are built to fall within permitted development rights. Planning permission is generally not required however we have an in-house legal team should planning permission be required.
ALUMINIUM WINDOWS & DOORS
Our in-house window production team manufacture the highest quality British Bi-fold doors, Patio Doors & Windows ensuring functionality and durability for decades to come.
FULLY INSULATED
Our buildings are all insulated with a minimum of 100mm of insulation making them the most thermally efficient on the market. This in turn keeps heating costs down throughout winter months.
